Rental application w credit report, screening & accepting a renter.

Collecting rents, deposits, fees. All monies collected from renter are deposited in PP of VA escrow account established and maintained in accordance w the regulations of the Virginia Real Estate Board.

Comprehensive inspections when renters move-in/move-out.

Maintenance/repairs including preventative property maintenance during occupancy and between vacancies to keep the property functioning in top condition. This aims to keep current renters happy and attract new renters.

Cleaning after each checkout.

Keep thorough records regarding the property. This includes all income and expenses; list of all inspections, signed rental agreements, maintenance requests, any complaints, records of repairs, costs of repairs, maintenance costs, record of rent collection and insurance costs.

We also list your property in our local MLS, the Eastern Shore Association of Realtors, realtor.com and craigslist.com.
